Cookie Challenge

Let's do a contest I will make and taste each recipe and the winner will receive one of my favorite Close to My Heart Stamp sets.  

I need a good recipe for dairy free cookies.  

I have a dairy allergy and am trying to update my baking files with dairy free recipes.
